A full package, in addition to personal training she is certified in nutrition coaching as well as CPR and defib in case of emergencies. A mother of two and excellent chef, this girl is a powerhouse at home and the gym & wants you to be too. Suzy specializes in weight loss, she has practiced what she preaches and has lost over 65 pounds since starting her journey! Suzy offers one-on-one and group personal training, as well as nutrition coaching options exclusively for her personal training clients. This rockstar truly needs no introduction, conquering multiple spartan races and a personal hip thrust record of 460 lbs, we have Amanda! Originally a gym member who fell in love with our culture, now after over 500 sessions across countless clients, she has the highest client performance feedback ever, with 100% positive feedback from EVERY client she has worked with. CPR Certified, training for Alpine Fitness and the National Cancer Training Institute, this fierce woman specializes in strength training & clients with special circumstances. Outside the gym, this woman never stops moving, her family spends their family home evenings mountain biking! Amanda does one-on-one personal training and one-on-one nutrition coaching. A loved member of our gym for years, after rigorous training, has become a critical part of our team. She had tried it all, yoga, pilates, spin class, and finally after no results she took her future into her own hands, doing her own research and seeking us out to develop her own style of workouts that gets results through fulfilling and empowering forms of exercise. Sara has struggled with depression since childhood, but developing a love for fitness absolutely changed her life. Now down from a size 18 to size 2, a regular in local 5ks and a passionate volunteer in her church, niece’s school, and local elderly community, Sara’s dedication to her clients extends FAR beyond the weight room. Fighting since she was 15 years old, a champion in SO many ways, we have Monica! Exploding onto the scene by winning her first professional debut match in 2015, she’s now been in over 25 matches in her amateur and pro career! Once intensely bullied as a child, Monica sought Taekwondo as a means of protection and an outlet for her anger. Now with over a decade in this, Maui Tai, boxing, wrestling, & more, Monica was once ranked top of her weight class in her home state of Hawaii, has coached others through the UFC, and is STILL fighting in the ring to this day! Monica stresses for her clients that training mental health is just as important as physical, and works on confidence and motivation in addition to physical intensity. Get serious with one on one instruction, box in matches against other clients, or feel safe at night by learning self defense.
